Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.A Digital Service

Flukko, operated by Think Hat Business Solutions, Madhyamgram, West Bengal, India, is a software service (SaaS) used online at app.flukko.com. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping addresses, courier partners, delivery charges or delivery times.

2.When Your Plan Starts

• Free trial — starts as soon as you create your workspace and verify your phone number.
• Paid plan — starts as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, which usually takes a few seconds. The plan is applied automatically; you don't need to wait for us.
• Renewal — the new period is added after your current end date, so you never lose paid days.

3.How You Get Access

• Sign in at app.flukko.com with your workspace code, email and password.
• Your plan, its end date and your recent payments are shown under Billing › Subscriptions.
• If you paid for a new WhatsApp number, connect it from WhatsApp Numbers whenever you're ready — the paid period is kept for it until you do.

4.Invoices

A tax invoice is created for every successful payment and is available straight away under Billing › Invoices, where you can view, print or save it as a PDF. Invoices are not posted on paper.

5.If Something Is Delayed

Sometimes a bank takes longer to confirm a payment. Flukko applies your plan automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to hello@flukko.com with your workspace code and payment details and we'll fix it.

6.Where Flukko Is Available

Flukko can be used from any country where Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform is available. Customers billed in India pay in Indian Rupees (INR); others pay in US Dollars (USD). There are no extra charges for using Flukko from any location.
